Terms and Conditions
By booking a tattoo appointment with G TATTZ, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the final price.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 72h notice.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
3. Late Fee Policy
At GTATTZ, I value both my clients' time and mine. To ensure smooth scheduling, I have the following late fee policy in place:
Grace Period: Clients have a 20 minutes ** grace period** after their scheduled appointment time.
Late Fees: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, a £50 Late Fee will be added to your total.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you are more than 60 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
4. Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality tattoo services, and due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds.
- Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits cover the artist’s time and preparation.
- Services
Once a tattoo session has begun, no refunds will be issued.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, we offer a touch-up session at our discretion.
- Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
Rescheduling is available within the allowed notice period of 72h.
5. Health and Safety
Clients must be 18+ years old and provide valid ID.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a tattoo is unsafe or inappropriate.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect the tattoo process.
